We offer a 30-day refund or reprint policy.

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly reprint any item that has issues related to print quality or adhesion. However, please note that we cannot offer reprints or refunds due to poor-quality files provided by the customer.

If you're requesting a refund or reprint for any other reason, the request must be approved by our management team.

For DTF Transfers and Gang Sheets:
Please ensure your artwork meets all design requirements prior to placing your order.

Also, double-check your shipping address before completing your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email to verify all details.
